This is a perfect fried chicken! I host a girl's club and had them make these. We used chicken strips in place of the whole chicken and it made alot but there was absolutely nothing left after lunch! This smoky chicken and bean stew with chorizo and a chilli kick is hearty and delicious. Add the chicken and chorizo and fry for a couple of minutes.
